Sun Valley Adaptive Sports "Snow Camp" which I photographed last month drew a lot of media attention--and rightly so. CNN's Rusty Dornin visited with the group for a few days interviewing participants as well as the SVAS staff. Her story just ran on CNN's television channel and their website with a few of my photos(click here).

Wedding :: Jennifer & Howard :: Ketchum, Idaho
Howard and Jennifer were married at the Knob Hill Inn in Ketchum yesterday in front of a crowd of 30 or so of their friends and family. Howard originates from the U.K. and Jennifer from California. For many of the guests, their wedding was a complete surprise as the weekend was planned as a ski rendezvous! The crazy winter weather Idaho has been having: storm, after storm, after storm--finally cleared and the temperature rose into the high 30's.
These two have the sincerest of hearts. Howard's words to Jennifer during the ceremony were amazing--best I've heard. They were so fun to work with, their guests so welcoming, that Stephanie McCord of Little Utopia Flowers, Amanda Seaward their wedding planner, and I all partied with everyone into the wee hours of the night. The final images are from Whiskey Jacques on main street in downtown Ketchum.

Wedding :: Allison & Ian :: Big Sky, Montana
I lived in Bozeman, Montana, for about five years. I started out putting backpacks together for Dana Design, went back to school, graduated from MSU's photo program, then freelanced as a photographer, outdoor retailer, and waiter. Both the people and the places around Bozeman made it hard to leave. So, I take any and every opportunity to go back.
Ian and Allison were just married in Big Sky yesterday! Their wedding had about fifty people in attendance, but from the heart--it felt like three times that many. I was fortunate to have worked with these two characters as they are so wonderfully perfect for each other: great sense of humor, interested in others, completely head over heals in love, and a bit goofy!
The ceremony was held at the Big Sky Chapel and their rehearsal at Buck's T4 Lodge. Here are some pics...

Idaho's Super Tuesday Caucus
I attended my first Caucus today here in the seat of Blaine County, Hailey. The amazing part about the night was that so many people showed up that they all didn't fit into the High School's auditorium! So, unfortunately quite a few hundred people were told they couldn't attend due to fire hazards. Of the 1100 people in the room, only 160 people voted for Hillary Clinton--which did not give her enough votes to earn any delegates. Obama stole the show and will take all 11 delegates to the state convention on June 12th.
