Just prior to the Christmas holiday I was hired to photograph an amazing home in Ketchum. Architectural photography is the exact opposite of wedding photography--these two genres within the photographic medium are, to me, ying and yang. Walking into a well designed home and having the opportunity to work alone and craft well lit images is a treat, just as is photographing the fast paced, high energy, emotion packed, wedding celebration.
Unfortunately, I was not granted an unlimited amount of time to photograph this residence. Instead, I had about 4 hours. The time restraint proved a nice challenge, however, and I think I came back with some nice images:
